I have upgraded, why my profile is still Classic?
Solution:
Payment may fail for various reasons. If you believe your card has been charged please forward us the confirmation email you must have received from Netbanx (copy and paste to our contact form) with a short description of your problem. The email will contain a transaction reference number by which we will be able to find your transaction in our database and sort the problem out ASAP.
